Because we're data-driven, we can take calculated risks in order to reduce the risk to our clients. Einstein said, "We must strive to make things as simple as possible, but no simpler." We agree. We set a few clear priorities, choose the right problems to solve, and then solve them creatively. When tradeoffs need to be made, we make them early and often. We're not afraid to experiment, and we're not afraid to fail—no experiment is a failure if you learn something from it. "Fail fast" is the key: experiment early, and refine the results to guarantee dependable success.

We don't know all the rules. Who could? Especially when new data, new techniques, new insights, and new opportunities appear at the lightning-fast pace of Internet evolution. We strive to stay humble enough to realize that we can always find new ways to improve both our science and our service. So we're always open to new ideas, and we invest in improving and growing our people—the source of new ideas. And we're committed to sharing our information and our knowledge proactively.
Be "Long-Term Greedy"
We only win if our users and customers win. We're focused on the end game. Short-sightedness just won't cut it, so we make decisions we can defend based on their sustainability. We only win if our customers win, and we're greedy for stable, long term relationships with satisfied customers who know they can depend on us. We understand there's a big difference between "important" and "urgent," and we don't lose track of long-term priorities by sacrificing them for short-term urgencies.
Never Compromise Integrity
Of course we've saved the best for last. Integrity is the core cultural value of Adchemy. At the end of the day, when all the profits are counted, what matters most is how they were achieved. Did we win by playing a clean, fair game? By competing honestly and to the best of our ability? Every decision we make is driven by these principles: Be honest and forthcoming. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Assume that every action you take will be examined in the bright light of day. Follow through on your commitments. And never compromise your integrity.
