Essential Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and manage a world-class analytics process and platform which delivers data-driven insights into campaign, placement, and publisher performance, sales network monetization, media risk management, and strategic business development opportunities
- Provide comprehensive reporting, analytical and advisory services.
- Design, develop and produce performance analysis reports providing insights across multiple domains including Campaign Operations, Campaign Testing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), CPM/CPC Performance, and Revenue Optimization.
- Establish baseline understanding and assessment of distribution, campaign, and sales network performance. Work with individual managers to define/refine performance objectives, metrics, data sources, analytics, and reports.
- Review and report on Advertising Operations. Work with Campaign Operations Management and Product Testing teams to plan, execute and measure product experiments. Analyze test results and provide conclusive guidance on steps to optimize both revenue and performance for clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams on measurement, reporting and analysis of sales strategies and initiatives. Work with Campaign Management and Product Marketing teams to plan, execute and measure campaigns. Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Use BI platforms to deliver insights. Produce Dashboards, Flash Reports and Drill-Down Reports using reporting and analytical tools. Gather property-specific reporting and analysis requirements and work with engineering teams to incorporate needs into product specs and release plans.
Required Knowledge:
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, CIS, Engineering, etc.
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills combined with the ability to formulate insights, present a compelling case for action, and deliver expert advice and recommendations.
- Exceptional ability to visually present and communicate data, analysis and findings.
- Excellent organizational, program management and client management skills.
- Minimum 4+ years current experience developing and managing comprehensive Statistical Analysis, Business Intelligence or Data Insights programs.

Regional Sales Manager/Account Executive
The Regional Sales Manager/Account Executive will play a key role in developing and maintaining revenue producing relationships for the Adchemy Customer Acquisition Platform. This position reports to the VP of Sales and Operations.
This person will:
- Identify and build relationships with key decision makers, decision influencers, and other stakeholders within the target advertiser's organizations

Sr. BI Engineer
The Senior BI Engineer is a key hands-on position in the Business Intelligence organization responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable and extensible business intelligence functionality for Adchemy internal users and external customers. These reports will need to be seamlessly integrated into our existing web based operational applications. - Take a leadership role in architecting and developing configurable and robust BI functionality using industry best practices.
